No Liability for Patient Outcomes: Patient Relay is not responsible for any patient preparation failures, cancellations, or procedural outcomes. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for the accuracy, timing, and appropriateness of the content delivered to their patients.
No Guarantee of Service: Patient Relay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Delays, disruptions, or errors may occur, and we are not liable for any resulting consequences.
Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Patient Relay harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our platform.
4. User Responsibilities
Content Accuracy: Users are responsible for ensuring all messages, instructions, and alerts sent through the platform are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws and medical guidelines.
